While working at the Love & Lucky guild, Lucy approaches the receptionist and tells her that she is looking for Jude Heartfilia. The receptionist looks at the girl and asks her if she is his daughter, which Lucy confirms. Hearing this, the receptionist reluctantly tells her that Jude died a month ago and that his death was a truly great loss.
